Students will state the FIT principles and be able to apply them to their everyday fitness routines.
Students will set both short and long term fitness goals.
Students will measure their flexibility and be able to articulate the importance of stretching in an exersice program.
Students will increase their cardiovascular endurance by walking 2.8 miles twice a week.

Ed Careers
Students will describe the various abilities/disabilities of students in their future classroom and list accomodations that they can provide.
Students will identify students with disabilities in their internship site and provide examples of how they differentiate instruction to meet the varying needs.
Students will increase their understanding about the career of education by interning in an elementary classroom.

Teaching Academy
Students will evaluate a current event in school education and discuss its impact on future teachers.
Students will define and describe the different stages of development in the students they will be observing.
Students will use proper observation techniques (including objective statements and inferences) while observing in K-3 classrooms.
